VINYL SOFFIT
Soffit is typically installed under the eaves of a home’s roof, as well as under the ceilings of porches, decks, overhangs, and arches. Aesthetically, soffit helps a home look more finished by covering exposed eaves or ceiling beams with vinyl material that coordinates with your home’s exterior cladding.
More importantly, soffit siding helps ensure proper ventilation by allowing moisture to escape from your home’s exterior surfaces.

Without soffit, condensation can cause moisture buildup behind the exterior surfaces of your home. Vented vinyl soffit provides a way for that moisture to escape.
