Manufacturer’s Energy Tax Credit Statement for Provia® Entry Doors, Vinyl Windows, and Vinyl Patio Doors

ProVia has transitioned from using the Manufacturer’s Energy Tax Credit Statement to list qualified products. This document is now obsolete. Going forward, the homeowner/taxpayer must retain their NFRC Label as proof of purchase of ENERGY STAR certified products. Taxpayers must include the NFRC label when submitting paperwork for the tax credit and keep a copy of all purchase receipts for their records
