Then there’s the trim, and possibly sidelights and a transom that also need to be painted to match or coordinate with the door color. At ProVia, each of our painted exterior doors, including French doors and hinged patio doors, is factory finished in a controlled environment using our multi-step finishing systems, ensuring a consistent, beautiful, lasting finish every time.
Our fiberglass and steel painted doors are available in a wide variety of exterior door colors that reflect your personal style and complement your home’s architectural style. And because each door is custom made just for you, you can even choose a different color on the inside of your door than the outside.

ProVia utilizes a fully automated painting line to professionally paint our customers’ doors before they leave the factory floor. The painting process varies by door brand but each door is warranted for a consistent, long-lasting finish. ProVia offers the same choice of front door paint colors for every door brand.

Preparation of door using DURAFUSE proprietary P3 fusion processes that ensure unprecedented finish durability.
A 2-part urethane, catalyst-hardened base coat (prime paint) is applied by a robotic reciprocating paint system.
Base coat is oven-cured for lasting durability.
The door is then coated with a 2-part urethane, catalyst-hardened finish coat of paint.
The door is oven-cured a second time, creating a long-lasting, durable finish.
LEGACY™ STEEL

5-step process | 10-year finish warranty
Steel doors are A40 hot-dipped in galvannealed steel (300% more coating thickness than 40Z full electrolytic zinc coated steel) to resist rust inside and out.

Base coat is oven-cured for lasting durability.
The door is then coated with a 2-part urethane, catalyst-hardened finish coat of paint.
