ProVia® Acquires Premier Profile Lamination, Inc. (PPL) of Youngstown, Ohio
SUGARCREEK, Ohio, June 26, 2023 – ProVia today announced the company has agreed to purchase the assets of Premier Profile Lamination, Inc. (PPL) of Youngstown, Ohio, a laminator of PVC components for the door and window industry, effective June 30, 2023. The two companies have worked together for many years in support of the ProVia patio door and window product lines. The acquisition allows for further development of streamlined processes and product development, while continuing a tradition of quality and durability.

ProVia intends to continue operating PPL’s current manufacturing facility in Youngstown, Ohio until at least the end of 2023. The company will begin relocating PPL to a facility located in New Philadelphia, Ohio, which ProVia purchased in 2021. The goal is to fully transition the operations by Q2 of 2024. ProVia has begun investing in site renovation and this operation will create an estimated additional 20 jobs within the local community.
