Video Showcases Enhancements to FlexScreen® Production at ProVia®
SUGARCREEK, Ohio, March 12, 2025 – ProVia announces a video that showcases enhancements to their production processes for FlexScreen, a window screen option (made famous on Shark Tank) that’s popular with homeowners because it’s easy to remove and replace during cleaning, and makes seasonal usage a breeze.
In 2024 ProVia brought production of FlexScreen in-house, to support growing customer demand while maintaining fast lead times and further enhancing quality of the product delivered to customers. Bringing this in-house enabled ProVia to make process enhancements, which are now implemented in production:
- Thorough inspection to ensure each screen is securely connected to the frame, to identify and correct issues (such as sagging or loose mesh).
- Continuous improvement to engineering specifications such as the gauge of wire used and strength of welds. This ensures high performance throughout a variety of custom sizes, including large and small configurations.
The process enhancements, which highlight ProVia’s standards for quality, are designed to enhance ease-of-use for homeowners.
