Community Leaders Participate in Inaugural Leadership Symposium Hosted by ProVia

SUGARCREEK, Ohio, November 28, 2016 –On October 26 and November 2, ProVia held its first annual ProVia Leads Leadership Symposium entitled “Pathways Toward Sustainable Success.” The ProVia Leads class of 2016 organized the event as a part of their leadership development experience.

More than 190 community leaders were in attendance and enjoyed presentations by the following speakers:

• Jennifer Burris, Business Development Expert, ProVia
• Doug Pugh, Franchised Restaurant Operator, Chick-fil-A
• Dr. David King, President, Malone University
• Roy Hall, President and Co-founder, The Driven Foundation
• Bill Mullet, Founder and Chairman of the Board, ProVia

According to Bruce Hamsher, Director of ProVia Leads, “In business and in life it’s one thing to attain success and yet another to sustain success. Year after year, we all see certain sports teams, businesses, churches, organizations, marriages and friendships stay consistent, strong, healthy and growing. How do they achieve this ongoing success? During these sessions attendees learned how to forge their own, unique pathways toward sustainable success.”

ProVia Leads is an in-house leadership development program designed for ProVia employees who want to become better leaders in their homes, relationships, social networks, churches and at work. Each year, the ten individuals selected for this team are encouraged to engage in various assignments designed to stretch their limits and cultivate leadership skills.
