ProVia Intends to Purchase Two Dalton, Ohio Real Estate Properties

SUGARCREEK, Ohio, July 15, 2024 – ProVia announces their intent to purchase two Dalton, Ohio real estate properties from Toop and Toop II, LLC. The main building, located at 630 Henry Street, is approximately 303,000 sq. ft. of retail and manufacturing space, located on 24-½ acres, and has high visibility from U.S. Route 30. The other 4-acre property is 1.3 miles away at 1543 Zuercher Road and contains a 22,500 sq. ft. warehouse.

ProVia plans to utilize these properties for manufacturing as part of ongoing facilities expansion efforts in alignment with the company’s growth. The main building will be renovated as necessary to prepare for future production needs.

This transaction will not include the P. Graham Dunn business operations which has been operating under a lease agreement at the premises. The adjacent Silver Linden Park and Playground property will also not be included in the purchase.

The Dalton properties represent the first footprint for ProVia in Wayne County, Ohio, a location chosen for its supportive business climate and well-qualified local workforce. ProVia welcomes interested candidates to apply for available positions at provia.com/careers, or to submit a resume for future consideration. Job applications can also be submitted in-person at any ProVia location.
