Investing in Relationships

ProVia Platinum event offers the opportunity for ProVia to invest in relationships with their customers

We recently returned from our Platinum Dealer Event, which this year was held in beautiful Tucson, AZ. Of course, we all had an exceptional time and got the chance to experience another amazing venue and location. But the best part of all was getting to spend quality time with many successful customers.

Building Relationships

In 2001 we made a strategic decision to place a high priority on building relationships with our customers. To achieve this goal, we invest resources into customer-facing activities that are meaningful and memorable.

With this in mind, we kicked off our very first Platinum Dealer Event 22 years ago, in 2002, at our home town venue the Carlisle Inn in Walnut Creek, Ohio. We’ve awarded our top customers every year since then, and have held a Platinum event every other year, with the exception of missing 2020 due to COVID.

Growth of Our Platinum Program

As ProVia has grown, so has our group of Platinum dealers, both in terms of numbers of companies, and in sales numbers. For this year’s event we invited dealers who have achieved the status of Platinum Plus, Elite, or Reserve.

We’ve observed that one of the fastest ways for dealers to increase their Platinum status is through cross-selling their customers – offering a variety of ProVia product categories. For example, a dealer who carries ProVia doors can offer our windows as well, which creates efficiencies all around while providing a high-quality range of product offerings.

Congratulations to Our Platinum Honorees

We have so many Platinum honorees to congratulate, and I’ll show here just a quick few here to represent the Plus, Elite, and Reserve award categories:

A glittering array of awards for ProVia Platinum Dealers
Congratulations to Mark and Ellen Russow of Hodges Windows & Doors in Ashburn, VA for earning Platinum Plus—presented by ProVia President & CEO Brian Miller (center). This was their 23rd award.

Tom Adams Windows and Carpets in Churchville, PA was honored with a Platinum Reserve award. They earned their first award in 2007 and have earned an award each year since, climbing from Platinum, to Platinum Plus, to Platinum Elite, and now to Platinum Reserve. Holding the award is Glenn Adams, the company’s second-generation owner. Also shown (left to right): Eric Rubenstein operations manager, Brian Miller, ProVia President & CEO, and Glenn’s son JR Adams (third-generation owner).

Sharing Good Times

On the final night of our trip we enjoyed some unique entertainment, western style:

During the evening entertainment...

Refresh, Relax and Renew

Our Platinum dealers are a hard-working group of people (as are all our dealers), and we appreciated the opportunity to come together to refresh, relax and renew. It was great to see all the familiar faces plus new recruits, the spouses we’ve come to know, and get valuable feedback from our elite dealer representatives throughout the marketplace. Thank you for attending and see you in 2026. (Destination top secret for now…stay tuned!)
